With our first location opening in 2011 on a historic block in downtown Calgary, CRAFT now boasts 9 locations in 3 provinces including our newest family member, CRAFT Victoria Harbour. Bartholomew’s Public House, known affectionately as Bart’s, has been an institution in the Victoria bar scene since 1975.
Having undergone many changes over the decades, one constant has remained the same – great food, fantastic drinks, friendly service and a lively, welcoming atmosphere.
Today, we take great pride in offering one of the best pub experiences in the city. Our kitchen team deliver authentic fresh pub classics as well as modern bar favourites. The bar is currently running 27 taps of rotating craft draught beer as well as boasting the largest gin selection on Vancouver Island. At Herald Street Brew Works we aim to brew with authenticity; our priorities in brewing are quality, integrity and education. Rather than commit to a set of core recipes, here we choose to explore and evolve recipes to continue to enrich the craft beer community we know and love. Almost every seat in our tasting room has a view of our towering double stacked bright tanks. 10 in total. Our taps draw directly from those tanks, giving you ‘tank fresh’ beer with every pour. We surrounded ourselves with people who are passionate about great beer, and we want to share that love with you. We aim to provide you with the freshest beer experience possible.

Nestled in Victoria's beautiful and historic Bastion Square, Garrick's Head Pub has been a local fixture since 1867, in the days when Judge Matthew Begbie presided over the local court house.
Simply put, we are one of the oldest English pubs in Canada and maintain Victoria’s largest selection of craft and import beers on tap. If you’re hungry, we offer traditional English pub fare in a bright and relaxing atmosphere. Customers are welcome to linger around our wood-burning fireplace to warm away the cool days and nights. As of 2012, our newly expanded front room offers ample space for dining and socializing and in the warmer months, our outdoor patio seating, overlooking the square, is a fantastic spot to enjoy the sun and to watch the crowds go by.
