We’ve always kept it unconventional in all our approaches to craft brewing, malting, and distilling as we constantly explore the craft beer frontier guided by unbridled creativity and unwavering attention to quality. At Phillips Brewing, we find inspiration through fermentation.

Our brewery consists of a combination of stainless steel tanks and an assortment of oak-ageing vessels. We offer a number of beers produced using sour worting methods, but we also release long-term blended, oak-aged sour beers.
